Windows XP is the operating system that your computer runs off of and any programs that you have on your computer run with it. Microsoft office can pretty much run from windows 95 to Vista so they don’t have that much in relation. When you start ur computer it should tell u when loading up what version you have installed of Windows.
Windows XP is a Operating System, it tells how your software to run.
Microsoft Office is a program developed by Microsoft, who also made, Windows XP. MS Office is a program to type papers, make charts, and graphs, and basic office work.
TL:DR No, your getting your terms mixed up, do a quick wiki search.
No it is something different, Windows XP is just the system your computer is running on. Microsoft Office is just a program that you run on any system such as Windows XP or Windows Vista etc., which usually comes with your computer.
