How the get the lost windows vista boot menu?

I had installed windows xp and windows vista in my computer. Recently i had to re install windows xp and after the installation, the vista boot menu does not appear. Rather than that the machine continues to load windows xp. Now i cannot load windows vista. How can i get the boot screen back? Please help me

I had to reinstall windows xp home. because what was on my computer from the factory was corrupted. but after i did a clean install there is nothing but windows I had pc doctor and Microsoft works 8, sonic Microsoft office and at least a hundred other programs.
